The Boeing Company’s Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience organization has an exciting opportunity for a **Lead Talent Assessment** **Scientist** to join the Talent Assessment Science team in either **Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.** In this in-person role, you will assist the Senior Manager of Talent Assessment Science to drive an evolving assessment strategy across Boeing, while supporting the development of the larger Talent Assessment Science team. Additionally, you will own end-to-end implementation of pre-hire assessments, from stakeholder needs analysis, through job analysis, to implementation and validation and serve as a trusted expert in assessment science.
