Roles & Responsibilities - Test Maintenance
Perform periodic validation and GR&R for test systems to ensure measurement consistencyMonitor test yield trends and identify equipment-related issuesCoordinate with vendors/OEMs for advanced troubleshooting and upgradesEnsure proper backup and recovery of test programs and dataSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and reduce false failuresPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of test equipment (ICT, FCT, EOL)Troubleshoot test system failures and minimize downtimeMaintain and calibrate test instruments for accuracy and reliabilitySupport production lines with quick resolution of test-related issuesAnalyze test failures and coordinate with engineering for root causeEnsure proper functioning of fixtures, probes, and connectorsManage spares and consumables for test systemsSupport NP...
