- At least 5 years of L&D experience in designing and developing leadership programs for senior management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills and has worked with senior stakeholders before.
- Be part of the team to design and implement comprehensive programs to develop leadership competencies and build a strong leadership pipeline at both enterprise and business levels.
