PGS Worldwide is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Engineer in Ocala, FL for a one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will lead a facility-wide 6S and Value Stream Mapping transformation to embed Lean Manufacturing practices into daily operations. This role focuses on eliminating waste, improving plant layout, optimizing workflow, increasing space and equipment utilization, and building a sustainable continuous improvement culture across CCA and cable/harness manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading 6S or 5S programs in large-scale manufacturing.


• Minimum 5 years of experience redesigning plant layouts to support 6S and Lean flow.
