LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR II Location; Newport Beach, CA
JOB DESCRIPTION The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the end to end coordination of enterprise learning programs. This role maintains training and learner records, coordinates calendaring and enrollment, manages tracking and assessments, produces reports, and handles learner communications for virtual and in person learning events. Acting as a key liaison between the Development team and external learning vendors, the coordinator serves as a subject matter expert in learning program coordination and in the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
