About the Role

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead capability development for our Building delegation. This is a hands‑on delivery role with real impact – designing and implementing training solutions that keep our workforce compliant, skilled, and ready for the future.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to diagnose capability gaps, create practical learning interventions, and manage an Academy Administrator to ensure smooth operational delivery.
