we are looking for an experienced Learning &; Development (L&;D) Partner to act as a strategic advisor to our business leaders and managers.
In this role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive L&;D plan aligned to our business strategy and People Plan. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to create impactful development initiatives, maximise digital learning tools, and foster a culture of growth, performance and continuous learning.
