Purpose of the Role
The Teaching Assistant and Bus Attendant at Smart Vision School plays an important role in supporting students’ learning, wellbeing, and safety throughout the school day. During school hours, the Teaching Assistant works closely with teachers to support classroom learning, assist students with diverse needs, and help create a nurturing and inclusive environment. During transport times, the Bus Attendant ensures the safe supervision and wellbeing of students while travelling to and from school, maintaining a calm, organised, and supportive atmosphere. This role supports the school’s commitment to student safety, inclusion, and high‑quality learning experiences, aligned with KHDA regulations and safeguarding expectations.
