**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Engage and collaborate with the different functions todiscuss traininginitiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes
+ Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitorand evaluate results and impact
+ Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability
+ Handle small-scale projects and programsand function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
+ Supportorganization-widescale programs in the organization
+ Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the useof the L&D budget
+ Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends
