As a Learning Business Partner, you manage stakeholder relationships that culminate in the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for our learners. You partner with the assigned Strategic Talent Consultant and our deployment teams in the planning and delivery of high‑quality learning programs and activities.

This role is crucial in marrying the strategic learning needs of our business with the learning content for learners across EY.
