Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Chicago IL (Pref) | Open to remote candidates from across the US.

Duration: 6 months plus

Purpose:

We are seeking a creative Sr Analyst (Learning Design) to join our Global Learning & Capability Building team. This role supports the Brand Immersion training program by creating clear, visually engaging learning materials that help developers understand and apply brand standards.

The Brand Immersion program is aligned to sales enablement, equipping developers with the knowledge and tools to understand, position, and apply brand standards in real-world development and deal contexts. This role focuses on translating complex brand and development concepts into simple, usable, and visually effective learning assets.
