About The Role
Own and deliver the end-to-end L&D agenda for AIA Malaysia with a strong focus on functional learning pathways – from needs analysis to design, development, rollout, and impact measurement. Build scalable, business‑relevant solutions by partnering closely with business units, HR teams, and Group Office, while confidently managing training vendors, governance aspects, and competing priorities.

Functional Learning Pathways
- Partner with business and HR/Functional Specialists to identify capability gaps, then design and implement role‑based functional learning pathways that combine onboarding, technical mastery, professional and leadership skills (where relevant), guided by clear proficiency levels, outcomes and assessments.
