What will you do?As Enablement Manager:
Enable Learning Studio (agile lite squads) to mobilize into Agile routines to get learning outcomes completed faster with higher quality using continuous input and cross functional inputs (learning and business teams)Coach squad members within Learning Studio and Learning Portfolio Lead to improve team performance and productivityTrack project timeline metrics, forecast trends, progress reporting to meet end date commitmentsMeasure squad velocity and work with the Learning Business Management Lead and Learning Portfolio Lead to recommend improvementsFacilitate planning, prioritization and other Agile cadences with the squad to develop backlog for learning initiatives (audience assignment, launch content, event coordination etc.) and drive accountabilityEnsure timely updates of forms into project tracking tools (ie.
