This is a consulting engagement where you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate lease abstraction, data integrity, and compliance across multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease Abstraction & Analysis: Review and summarize critical lease terms, clauses, and provisions from complex agreements and amendments.
• Data Entry & Integrity: Maintain and reconcile lease and contract data—including dates, financial terms, ownership, and legal descriptions—within TRIRIGA or other lease management systems.
