• Coordinate and secure routines for contract execution and documentation handling in your market, ensuring all contracts are signed correctly and followed up
• Advise on missing data to secure 100% accuracy in LIMA and other systems, providing data audits on co-tenancy, key dates, and rent terms
• Secure that rent payments are made correctly by providing relevant information to the accounting department, including updating recurring entries and executing payments through SAP
• Prepare documentation for accruals connected to lease agreements and send monthly and yearly turnover figures to landlords
