Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Leasing Administrator to support a multi‑community residential portfolio in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role focuses on application processing, lease administration, renewals, and day‑to‑day support of the onsite leasing team while delivering a positive experience for both prospects and residents.


Key responsibilities include:

+ Reviewing and processing rental applications, verifying income and supporting documentation, and identifying inconsistencies.

+ Preparing and distributing electronic lease agreements and monthly lease renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

+ Coordinating application deadlines, lease execution, and move‑in requirements including utilities, insurance, and required forms.
