Leasing Administrator - Property Industry
Northern Suburbs
Salary - Negotiable CTC
Minimum requirements:
- Leasing administrator with 5+ years’ experience in the property management types & property types for landlords and/or tenants
- Responsible for the end-to-end administration of lease and sale transactions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, FICA / RMCP
- Lease Preparation and Administration
- Lease Renewals
- Transaction Reporting
- Social Media and Marketing Support
