Job Responsibilities

• Promote residential and commercial properties for leasing and rental purposes.
• Conduct property viewings and present property features to prospective clients.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.
• Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly leasing and rental targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate leasing, rentals, or property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and rental regulations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.
• Presentable, motivated, and results‑driven personality.
