Job Description
The Job - Oversee the mall's leasing operations and guide a team of leasing executives to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Drive the entire leasing cycle, including strategy planning, prospecting, tenant selection, and finalizing lease agreements.
- Lead and develop the leasing team by setting KPIs, providing coaching, managing workloads, and reviewing performance.
- Formulate leasing approaches to boost rental income and ensure tenant alignment with the mall's positioning.
