POSITION: Leasing Team Member (Part-time, Non-Exempt)

COMPENSATION:

Pursuant to WA regulations, if this job is performed in WA, the salary range is $17.13-$19.13 plus bonus potential.

The Leasing Team Member strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing residents, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.
