We're on the lookout for someone to join our team who shares our passion for creating high-quality bags and values long-term commitment.

This position offers full-time (40 hours) and our store is open every day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Your Daily Adventure at Atelier Madre Includes:

• Bringing leather bags and accessories to life in our modern workshop in El Born.
• Engaging with customers, sharing your expertise, and helping them find their perfect bag in our store.
• Other responsibilities as needed in a startup environment.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience or background in fashion, sewing, design, modelmaking, or similar fields; strong craftsmanship is highly valued.
• Ability to create lasting relationships with customers.
• Good grasp of English to connect with customers from all corners of the world.
