Susca Watts Academy is looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Hairdressing Lecturer to join our team 2 days per week.

Minimum Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Seta trained and Qualified Hairdresser with a Trade Certificate.
• Excellent practical and theoretical hairdressing knowledge.
• Facilitators and assessors qualification will be a bonus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for teaching and developing future professionals.
• Goal‑driven, reliable, and self‑motivated.
• Prepared to uphold the high standards and values of Susca Watts Academy.
• Able to work well under pressure and inspire learners to achieve excellence.
