Minimum Requirements (Non‑Negotiable) Seta trained and Qualified Hairdresser with a Trade Certificate. Excellent practical and theoretical hairdressing knowledge. Facilitators and assessors qualification will be a bonus. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude with a passion for teaching and developing future professionals. Goal‑driven, reliable, and self‑motivated. Prepared to uphold the high standards and values of Susca Watts Academy. Able to work well under pressure and inspire learners to achieve excellence.
