The Role
You will be responsible for day‑to‑day finance functions across the firm and report to CFO and leadership team. Duties include:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including debtor control
- Manage the trust account and perform reconciliations
- Process payroll and associated obligations
- Handle end‑of‑month billing
- Manage company credit card reconciliations and expenses
- Prepare for annual trust audits and liaise with auditors
- Assist with month end and ad hoc reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar legal accounts or finance role
- Strong experience with trust accounting essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy across financial processes
- Confident using accounting systems (Actionstep experience highly regarded)
