What You’ll Do

  • Act as the go-to person for your team, providing guidance and organizational support.


  • Support a wide range of administrative functions, including drafting correspondence and managing and organizing documents within the document management system.


  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including comprehensive calendar management.

  • Leverage technology to service clients in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Litigation Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare court documents and conduct court searches.

  • Coordinate and schedule applications, hearings, pre-trials, and trials.

  • Assist with hearing and trial preparation, including compiling application records.

  • Maintain all pleadings binders and manage limitation and deadline tracking systems.
