Requirements

• LLB Degree
• Well versed in construction contracts including NEC (New Engineering Contract), FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers)
• Exposure to bespoke construction contracts
• Proven experience in construction law
• Experience within the renewable energy sector

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Commercial Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice within the business in line with group legal policies
• Negotiate commercial and legal agreements with clients and suppliers
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements
• Review customer and supplier agreements and identify associated risks
• Identify and minimise commercial risks in new and existing agreements
