Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Draft, review, negotiate and provide legal advice across the business in respect of a wide range of agreements, including commercial leases, supplier agreements, SLA’s, MSA’s with a primary focus on the property portfolio.
• Handling and assisting the Clubs and the Customer Engagement teams with member issues insofar as they relate to legal and/or membership contract matters, advising on in-Club member disciplinary matters, liaising with Club General Managers and Insurers, and ensuring implementation of Club rule...
