Job Description
Job Overview - Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing and managing contracts and relevant documents.
- Conduct detailed review and verification of KYC documents for partners and clients and assist partners in completing their KYC questionnaires. KYCKYC
- Support handling judicial requests for evidence collection and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Assist in monitoring and managing trademark applications and registration processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate communications and document exchanges with external legal counsels.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing internal compliance documentation and legal reports.
Job Requirements - Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or higher in Law or a related field; candidates who have passed the judicial examination or have relevant internship experience are preferred.
