Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of AI-powered legal research features and related technologies on LAWnBDesign, build, and manage Gold Sets — including representative queries, reference answers, and evaluation criteria — for legal AI quality assuranceEvaluate AI search, summarization, and generative outputs against Gold Set standards to ensure accuracy and reliabilityReview and refine prompts and retrieval results from a legal subject matter expert perspectivePartner closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate quality findings into tangible product improvementsValidate AI outputs through the lens of practicing lawyers, law firms, and in-house counsel to ensure real-world applicability Qualifications:
