Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead regulatory strategy for stablecoin / digital payment / asset initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
- Assess and interpret cryptocurrency / stablecoin, payments, and digital asset regulatory frameworks, providing clear, practical guidance to business and product stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain jurisdiction‑specific regulatory playbooks, including licensing, structures, partner models, and ongoing compliance obligations.
- Build and manage relationships with regulators, policymakers, and key external partners to support licensing, approvals, and market entry.
Requirements - Qualified with 5-12(+) years’ PQE, ideally with experience in payment regulatory and digital asset experience; open to payment regulatory / digital asset lawyer; legal qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency / stablecoin regulatory issues is an asset
