Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
• Provide legal support and advice for business and corporate activities
• Coordinate with regulators, notaries, and external legal counsel on corporate matters
• Manage corporate legal documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Support corporate actions, including RUPS, Annual Report, and other public company requirements
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments relevant to the company
