Legal and Commercial Contracts Executive – Gas Distribution

A leading gas distribution company in Dubai is seeking a Legal and Commercial Contracts Executive to manage and oversee a wide range of contractual legal and regulatory matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, and supporting commercial teams in risk mitigation and legal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts including supply agreements, NDAs, subcontractor and consultancy contracts.
• Ensure contracts are legally sound and commercially viable, and aligned with UAE laws and industry regulations.
• Monitor and manage contractual obligations, renewals and deliverables across projects.
