The ideal candidate should bring robust expertise in direct tax laws, litigation, and tax advisory, with a strong track record of working with major Indian business conglomerates or infrastructure-driven enterprises.
Offer strategic legal advice on complex direct tax matters, including corporate tax, capital gains, MAT, DDT, and transfer pricing
Represent the organization before tax authorities and appellate bodies such as CIT(A) and ITAT
Ensure compliance with income tax laws, manage tax audits, assessments, and reassessments
Draft and review legal submissions, opinions, appeals, and related tax documentation
