Job Description
Whats on your plate - Draft review and negotiate contracts and documents related to the Companys business activities (services suppliers branding/marketing leasing vendors confidentiality IP employment) across all markets in the region (UAE Kuwait Qatar Bahrain Oman Jordan Egypt Iraq).
- Assist the regional legal manager director in conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions regarding different legal matters.
- Assess potential legal risks and implications of contracts and bring them to managements attention.
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on contractual commercial and legislative matters to business units and management.
- Support in-depth legal analysis of company projects and business initiatives to identify potential risks and recommend compliance and mitigation solutions.
