Job Description
- In this role you will work on a variety of corporate led transactional work, including M&A, JV, Investment led projects and ad-hoc commercials
- You will form part of a key team that looks at investment opportunities across Asia, Europe and the Americas
- You will work closely with investment teams to structure business strategy and implement individual and team contributed ideas
- The work will be a mixture of transactional support, commercial guidance and with a constant awareness of key regulatory and compliance requirements.
