We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Commercial Legal Team - EMEA, with a focus on supporting client work (commercial and public sector) in the Nordics.
What you’ll do:
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with Gartner clients, both commercial and public sector, based on standard Gartner agreement documents and on Clients’ own paperwork as required.
- Advise on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies and procedures
- Maintain a close, highly collaborative relationship partners across a broad array of teams, including Sales, Consulting, Global Contracts Team and within Legal & Compliance
- When required, provide assistance to other Legal & Compliance team members for matters requiring regional expertise or language skills
- Support internal training
- Ensure corporate governance
- Support with annual financial reporting
