Legal Counsel – Remote – Part‑Time (3 or 4 days per week)

Expanding IT Company that operates globally is seeking a second lawyer to support the Chief Legal Officer. This is a remote role with ad‑hoc meetings in the London office. Most employees work remotely.

The successful candidate will provide hands‑on legal support and will be keen to develop strong in‑house capability in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial and technology agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract variations, SaaS / software licences, Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), partnership and framework agreements.
• Support pre‑sales, sales and delivery teams on contract terms, deal structures and standard legal positions.
