Negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements to support daily operations such as distribution agreements, license agreements, IT related agreements as well as customer and vendors agreementsAdvise different teams across the company on mitigating legal risks while maintaining a business-first attitudeSupport corporate strategy across group subsidiariesAssisting the General Counsel on special projects as neededTake an active position in supporting internal processes within the organization and create and update company policies and templatesSupport corporate legal governance and statutory legal filings What should you have?
