Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel - Regulatory to join their legal team. This is a chance to work at the heart of a globally diversified investment institution, providing specialist regulatory legal support across multiple jurisdictions with a strong focus on US securities law, regulatory filings and foreign direct investment compliance.

What you'll be doing

You’ll provide accurate, timely legal counsel to senior management on a broad range of regulatory matters, helping safeguard the organisation's interests across its global investment activities. A core part of the role involves advising on US federal and state securities laws (including the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, Investment Advisers Act and Commodity Exchange Act), and managing regulatory filings and reporting obligations such as SEC forms, EDGAR registrations and CFTC filings.
