• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements in the region.

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including consultancy agreements, joint ventures, and procurement contracts.
• Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and company policies.

Dispute Resolution

• Handle pre‑litigation and litigation matters, including managing external counsel and advising on strategies for dispute resolution.
