Job Summary We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Legal Counsel to support our fast-growing business in Singapore and globally. This role will be responsible for providing legal and regulatory advice across all areas of the business, including licensing, product development, commercial contracts, and compliance with local and international regulations.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Singapore's regulatory framework, especially the Payment Services Act (PSA), data protection laws (PDPA), and Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) obligations. Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors is strongly preferred.
