The Role:
Euroclear are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their UK Legal Team. You will be part of a local team in the UK and will be part of a larger legal, governance and regulatory division located across multiple jurisdictions. The UK team is primarily responsible for supporting Euroclear’s UK securities settlement business (Euroclear UK & International) as well as contributing to the activities of the wider Euroclear Group.
Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of the systemic role of financial market infrastructures in the operation of the UK economy and the legal and regulatory framework supporting this.
