Job Description
A Fortune 500 US-based company is now seeking a legal professional to join their legal team in Asia Pacific in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal support in relation to the Company’s business in China, including matters related to licensing and merchandisingmarketing & promotionsbrand managementemploymentcorporate, regulatory and compliance.
Ensure the use of appropriate terms and conditions, appropriate protection of the Company’s intellectual property and compliance with laws, regulations and policies in China and the Company’s policies.
Establishing new contract, translating and localising the Company’s contract templates from English to Simplified Chinese for use in China,Assisting the Company’s company secretary with business and other corporate registrations in China.
