Qualifications
Diploma in Paralegal Studies from the Kenya School of Law (or equivalent certification).Prior experience in a corporate law firm, conveyancing practice, or in-house legal department (real estate experience is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint) for drafting and data management.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Kenya’s land laws, real estate regulations, and corporate compliance is highly desirable.
