Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a confident, knowledgeable housing professional to join us as an experienced and proactive Legal Support Officer. The successful candidate will work across our organisation, providing expert support on a wide range of tenancy and legal matters. This is an opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a role that directly supports customers and communities.
The role will require flexibility to meet the demands of the service, including attending court, supporting eviction processes, serving notices, and ensuring that all legal requirements and support are provided on a day-to-day basis.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to attend court and travel where necessary to lead cases and take full ownership.
