Qualifications

As a Leisure Concierge we expect from you:

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management will be a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel group will be a plus
• Resort experience will be a plus
• Previous experience of working in a similar guest‑focused role, especially in a recreation environment
• Good guest contact skills
• Computer and administrative skills
• Outgoing personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good grooming standards
• Telephone skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Good attention to detail
