Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Field Technician to join their team in Fairfax, VA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and will travel 25+ miles daily.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment

  Document efforts, issues, resolutions, and close cases / tickets daily
