Description

We are currently looking to hire a Health Services Help Desk Coordinator in Winnipeg to assist in maintaining the daily operational and functional workflow to support the Laboratory Health Service Centers (LHSC). The successful candidate will uphold a high level of service in a fast‑paced environment by delivering prompt, courteous and professional service to all staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to all telephone inquiries from Patient Services staff, Dynacare private clients, and report unresolved inquiries to the Managers of Health Services.
