Responsibilities

The Liaison Collector is responsible for managing collections, communicating with customers, and acting as a liaison between clients, customers, and the company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of negotiating effectively to ensure outstanding debts are recovered while maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications
