The Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating and maintaining effective communication between the company and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external partners to support FMCG operations, product compliance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Regulatory Liaison

• Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies (e.g., FDA, DTI, BIR, LGUs, Customs)
• Process and follow up on permits, licenses, registrations, and renewals
• Support regulatory submissions and compliance documentation

FMCG Operational Support

• Coordinate requirements related to product distribution, importation, warehousing, and retail operations
• Assist regulatory and quality teams in compliance-related activities
• Ensure timely approvals to avoid delays in product launches or distribution
